Weeks 14 & 15 Double Recap: The Terry Soucy Show & The Great Duck Races! 🦆⛳

As we cross into late summer, the Gleneagles Duos League is delivering pure, unadulterated drama! Weeks 14 and 15 brought us incredible low scores, and the glorious debut of a brand-new 19th-hole tradition that had the Eagles Nest Lounge shaking!

Here is the breakdown of the action!

Week 14: Gleneagles Gear & The Duck Race Debut 🦆👕

On August 25th, the prize table was stacked exclusively with fresh Gleneagles swag, and the golf was as sharp as ever.

-
🥇 Low Gross King:Terry S. continued his reign of terror over the front nine, firing an incredible 36 to take top gross honors.

-
🥈 Low Net Team: Dynamic duo Jim and Mitch put together a masterclass in team play to conquer the field and take home the team title!

-
🎯 Proximity Stars: Skill hole prizes were claimed by Jay A., Jim R., and Eric R. after dialing in their iron play all night.

The Main Event: We officially introduced the 19th Hole Duck Race to select our random draw winner! A flock of rubber ducks took to the water, but it was Terry's duck that crossed the finish line first—earning him a shiny new Cleveland RTZ Wedge! ( This guy is cleaning out the proshop )

Week 15: Unstoppable Scoring & Duck Speeds 🚀🏆

September 1st kicked off the final month of the season with a bang, featuring one of the greatest individual and partner displays of golf we've seen all year!

-
🥇 Low Gross (Simply Unbeatable):Terry S. outdid himself once again, carding a blistering 33! Going 3-under par to claim Low Gross is nothing short of legendary.

-
🥈 Low Net Individual: Leave it to Terry's partner, Alan H., to steal a bit of the spotlight by carding a ridiculous net 32 to take home the Low Net title! (Between a gross 33 and a net 32 on the same card, you two might need to leave some prizes for the rest of us! )

-
🎯 Proxy Winners: Hitting the marks on the skill holes were Andrew P., Chris Densham, and (you guessed it) Terry S.

-
🦆 Fastest Duck on the pond: In the night's high-stakes duck race, Mike Kerr had the speed demon of the flock, floating his way to victory for the 19th-hole grand prize!

As always, a giant thank you to our league sponsor, BRIX Real Estate Group, for keeping the energy high, the ducks swimming, and the prizes rolling as we march toward the end of the season.

With only a few weeks left in September, the leaderboard is hot, the weather is crisp, and the duck races are getting competitive. Clean those grooves, pick your favorite duck, and we'll see you all next Tuesday!
