Week 3.5

Week 4 Recap:

Outsmarting Mother Nature & Navigating the Net! 🌦️🏆

After Week 3’s wild storm where only a few incredibly brave (and perhaps slightly crazy!) players dared to face the elements we were all collectively holding our breath for Week 4.

Thankfully, the weather gods smiled on the Gleneagles Duos League. We managed to thread the needle and find aperfect weather pocket, capitalizing on a beautiful evening of golf before any rain could spoil the fun. It felt great to see a full field back out on the fairways where they belong!

The Stakes are Raised: First Week of Net Scoring

Week 4 also marked a major milestone for the season: our very first week of net scoring prizes! Incorporating handicaps levels the playing field and gives every single duo a target to shoot for. And wow, did you guys deliver some incredible numbers.

Please join us in giving a massive round of applause to this week's big winners:

-
🥇 Low Gross: Terry S. — carding 40 to lead the field raw.

-
🥈 Low Net: Sheena L. — tearing up the course with an incredible net31!

-
🎯 Proxy Winners: Showing off some serious precision on the skill holes were Andrew P., Terry S., Laure W., and Allan H.

-
🎡 19th Hole Spin Winner: The luck of the wheel went to Joey C., who walked away with a fresh Cleveland RTZ wedge !

Looking Forward

Whether you were taking home prizes or just enjoying a beautiful, dry Tuesday evening with your partner, it was a spectacular night of league play.

As always, a huge shoutout to our sponsor, BRIX Real Estate Group, for keeping the good times rolling. The handicaps are locked in, the weather is warming up, and the leaderboard is getting tight.

See you all next Tuesdy, let's keep hunting those flags!
